Introduction to depression/feeling depressed
Hello everyone 😀
So we finished the topic of anxiety and feeling anxious, and now I want to introduce you to the topic of the next three posts.
I decided on depression and feeling depressed.
We are now almost one year into this pandemic and experiencing a wide range of emotions and reactions to it. One that is common is feeling depressed for various justified reasons and so the next weeks will focus on that.
Once again I will start with a post raising awareness to this feeling and then sharing some advice and tips in hope that we can find a way to make it better.
