APPLY: Erasmus+ Training Course “Peer Support in Youth Work” in Zagreb!

From 22 to 28 November 2026, we are organising the Erasmus+ training course “Peer Support in Youth Work” in Zagreb, Croatia.

The training is intended for youth organisations that want to strengthen their capacity to use peer-to-peer methodology in youth work, especially in youth wellbeing and anxiety prevention.

Through theoretical input, experiential learning, practical workshops and reflection, participants will explore how peer support can strengthen connection, participation and young people’s personal and social resources, while also learning about the boundaries of peer support and when professional mental health support is needed.

Who can apply?

The training is intended for organisations, not individual applicants.

Each organisation should apply with a team consisting of:

  • 1–2 experienced youth workers / mentors
  • 2–4 young youth workers / peer leaders

Experienced youth workers should have more than five years of direct experience working with young people, while young youth workers should already have at least some experience of direct youth work.

Accommodation and food are covered by the project, and travel costs will be reimbursed according to the Erasmus+ distance calculator.

Application deadline: 20 September 2026.
