Applications for youth workers: Erasmus+ Training Course in Fužine “Building Resilience”

From March 9 to 16, we are organizing an Erasmus+ training for youth workers titled “Building Resilience” in Fužine. The training will bring together 24 professionals from various European Union countries.

The training is designed to provide youth workers with tools and strategies to strengthen resilience in themselves and the young people they work with.

Objectives of the training:

  • Foster the development of personal resilience in youth workers, enabling them to better handle challenges, manage stress, and build emotional stability.
  • Support the development of effective strategies that create a supportive environment for the growth and resilience of young people.

Key topics of the training:

  • Developing self-awareness
  • Empowering the individual
  • Self-care and preserving personal well-being
  • Trauma-informed approaches
  • The importance of relationships and the strength of connections
